Taylor Swift's Really Retro Polka Dot Bikini! Is It Super Cute Or Just Kooky?

What did you think of the stars swimsuit choice?

Taylor Swift is such a girly girl, even when she hits the beach! While vacationing in the Bahamas, the star broke out a questionable retro polka dot bikini on Jun. 19, looking more like a ’50′s pin-up girl than a sexy starlet. While I enjoy the recent retro influences in swimwear, it’s very hard to pull off a high-waisted bikini bottom like Taylor’s, although I commend her for experimenting with the style! While some may say she looks like a grandma, I think it’s a nice change — I’m so over seeing stars in skimpy suits all the time!

What do you think? I know it’s definitely something different, but is it a nice change or should she never wear it again? If you want to try out the retro trend, I recommend a bra-let bathing suit top with a regular bottom — however, if you’re long and lean like Taylor, feel free to throw a high-waisted bottom in to the mix too!

The dude is of course correct. She looks ridiculous! She has no body to be trying to set trends. Only other girls find her cute and that’s only because she’s “safe”….You wouldn’t find many of them talking about how “cute” Sofia Vergara or Kim K are because they’re sexy

Uhhhh…this chick is a very gawky looking “Olive Oil” girl. She’s plain at best and has LESS THAN ZERO business trying to be a trend setter for fashion. In fact that is pitiful….she looks like the last girl picked at the Sadie Hawkins dance most of the time with the long, lanky, flat chested body and the size 12 clown feet. Yechhhhh!

I love it!! She’s not supposed to be a sexy starlet, and leaving some things to the imagination IS sexy even if that is what she is trying to be. I hope this fad catches back on so more girls will start covering up. I have a daughter so I hope it catches on quick!!!

If she’d worn a 1920′s style swim suit, that would be cool, too. You can do whatever you want, just as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone & isn’t indecent. That’s what the U.S.A. is all about.

I do not think she is pretty, or cute. Well ok Cute is ok, but not going further then that. She looks and always looks like an awkward 13 yr old. Same ole hair style, that doesnt make any sense. This girl could not stand up straight with a wall plastered to her back, seriously.
She is skinny and gawky and I dont see any sense of grace in her. Everyone stop trying to make her out to be more then just a guitar totting country singer. Cause that is all she is.
However, I rather see a gawky cute tall plain country singing girl then a Miley Cyrus street walker at 17 flaunting her body, sexuality and her 5 year older boyfriends who her father is allowing to live in the same house as HER. GAWD***vomit*** and I do not have a piece of respect for Billy Ray Cyrus or his wife for allowing this happen to their daughter. Miley and her parents need some type of “intervention” as to where they have went with this little girl.

Taylor Swift would look super cute in a garbage bag for heaven’s sake but I think she pulls this off extremely well. Not many could and it’s a very pleasant change of pace from what we have been having to endure as a “mature audience” from many of the younger celibrity set lately and you know who all I am talking about!
