EXCLUSIVE! Nina & Ian Are SO Close They Even Get Spa Treatments Together On Their Day Off!

Want more proof that the Vampire Diaries co-stars are more than just BFFs? The couple that massages together, well….

Nina Dobrev has been spending an AWFUL lot of time with her Vampire Diaries co-star Ian Somerhalder lately. In fact, after returning from the Monte Carlo Television Festival, Nina missed her rumored BF so much that she called him up for a day of spa treatments at the Muscle Milk Fitness Retreat in Beverly Hills, Calif. June 18 – and he came running!

“Nina came for a boxing lesson – she usually does yoga – and a facial, and thought Ian would enjoy it. She called him up and he immediately came over,” an eyewitness tells HollywoodLife.com of the 21-year-old actress.

“As soon as Nina finished her spa treatment, Ian was waiting for her, and they gave one another a huge hug,” reports our insider. “They hung out for an hour before Ian went into the Ecoya spa for his treatment. They were so cute – but weren’t doing anything crazy.”

We love these two together – and hope they come out as a couple ASAP!

Well to the spa that they went to it was the First Annual Muscle Milk Light Women’s Fitness retreat. So I am just saying the event is for women why did he went if he is a guy if you ask me that’s really weird and I am not trying to imply that they are together or that I want them to be together that’s them if they want to be together. I mean if he still has a girlfriend why didn’t he take her so that she could have a day of relaxation. Well this is just my opinion I AM NOT TRYING TO IMPLY ANYTHING.

I had a close guy friend, who also had a girlfriend, but we were only buddies. Some speculated that there could be more I guess because sometimes we would touch and sit close together, but it was only as a friends. As much as I would be absolutely thrilled to see Ian and Nina as a couple, as they are both sweet,beautiful people, I hope the thinkning that they are something more does not push them aaway from each other. Fingers crossed.

Ian and Nina are very very close friends. Whether they are in a romantic relationship time will tell. Ian seems to want to take it slow, which could be a result of his break up with his girlfriend of 3 years. He is not a womanizer and is a hopless romantic. Nina would be very lucky if Ian decides to take it a step further. However, right now I see only a deep respect and very special friendship between the two of them.

@Georgia Peach how do you know that Ian broke up with his girlfriend of 3 years, a.k.a. Megan Auld? Not that I like them together…I am so for Ian and Nina. But I Googled it and couldn’t find it. Where’d you find that info?

Am I the only one here that is reading this article and thinks that between these two is nothing more than a close friendship?? of course time will tell, but personally I need to see some kind of evidence, and we have nothing, just our wishful thinking with all due respect.

yah i guess constant togetherness between ian and nina creates deeper relationship and feelings. who knows what will happen next, since even hard core relationships are usually broken when somebody new comes along… i wish them luck…

I totally agree, Laura. It’s so obvious they’re more than friends, and I don’t say this as someone who wants them to get together just because they’re on the same show. It’s just that when it comes to celebrity hook-ups, where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire. They must be keeping it on the downlow because he already has a girlfriend. Oops.
