Reebok’s EasyTone Shoe party launch in the Hollywood Hills was more than just a fitness retreat — it was the most relaxing & upscale spa day EVER!

Hey BFFS, Celia here! I had the chance to work out with the stars at a private fitness retreat to promote Reebok’s new EasyTones shoe line — and I swear, I totally wish I could kick my old, tired gym to the curb!

The super swanky event was held in the balcony of an upscale residence overlooking the Hollywood Reservoir – right near the legendary Hollywood sign. There were tons of places, including futons and mattresses, to sit, lie in and relax on (and trust me, I took advantage of them!). Two bars were available, one with a mouth-watering display of salads, mini sandwiches, fruits, muffins and yogurt, brownies and non-alcoholic drinks at the other (guess where I hung out? Haha).

A hot tub and pool were conveniently located within a stone’s throw of the food – better for relaxing and noshing – but I didn’t bring my bathing suit. So sad. No matter, moving on…The workout area – complete with a carpet and weights made from detergent bottles and phone books – was right by the drinks station, which, later became a relaxation area for full-foot massages! Yes, please!

Since it WAS a fitness event, after all, the lucky few of us who were able to attend were outfitted in fashionable (but totally comfortable) Reebok athletic wear, including brand- new EasyTones sneakers! The shoes use an innovative technology that tones the wearer’s leg and butt muscles. Isn’t that a brilliant concept? I thought so! Everyone there looked ready to break a sweat – and ready to get an awesome butt.

We were all exercise-ready, but the beautiful scenery, amenities, and delicious food made the Reebok fitness event truly one for escapists. It was a one-of-a-kind experience for all – and I, in particular, had a blast!
