Poor Ali! Frank’s got another lady on his mind — his “secret” girlfriend Nicole. What’s worse: ABC knew about the relationship, and even caught it on tape!

We knew it from the start that Frank Neuschaefer, 31, was the biggest loser/d-bag/player competing for Ali Fedotowsky‘s love on The Bachelorette! So the fact that he had a girlfriend back at home while he was filming the show with Ali comes as no surprise. But the worst part is the ABC producers KNEW Frank was “still in love with” the girl back in Chicago named Nicole, yet didn’t inform Ali of the situation at all. They even caught Frank on tape meeting up with his secret girlfriend during the hometown dates episode!

“The footage of him and Nicole was shot after his hometown date with Ali,” but before the final-three episode, insider Steve Carbone tells InTouch Weekly. For some reason, “Ali was let in the dark!”

“The producers let Frank go to Tahiti [where the final three episode was taped] without even giving Ali a heads-up that they’d filmed the reunion with Nicole,” Steve says.

And it’s in Tahiti that Frank breaks down to Ali about his “love” for the other woman. In the middle of their date, Frank tells Ali that his heart does not belong to her, but to Nicole!

“There was no rose ceremony,” Steve says. “He just left!”

This whole situation makes me sick! Ali thought she was going on The Bachelorette to get over Jake Pavelka and find true love. Instead, it looks like Ali “gave up everything — her job [at Facebook]and her apartment” only to be deceived by Frank AND ABC.

I just can’t believe they let this jerk fool around with Ali’s heart for so long and that Frank kept up the act! It truly disgusts me. Hopefully one of the other two men who make it to the final three is actual WORTH winning Ali’s hand in marriage. She truly deserves it after this fiasco!

On a scale of 1 to Jon Gosselin, here’s how I’m rating Frank on HollywoodLife.com’s official Tool-o-meter:

He’s practically off the charts!

Wow…maybe Ali needs to fight for Frank. How great would that be for ratings? :)

This article is making Frank N. out to be worse than he really is. He did have a girlfriend, but she dumped him before the show. He still loved her but thought that she would not take him back, so he went on the show to fall in love with Ali. As a result, his ex got jealous and when she saw him on the hometown date episode, she wanted him back. Still having feelings for her, Frank decided to give his ex another go.
Yes, this is unfortunate for Ali and for Frank will probably be a decision he will regret later. But, it wasn’t some evil conspiracy on Frank’s part. He really felt it was over with his ex and was falling for Ali until the hometown episode.
Frank is not a lying jerk, he’s just very confused.

why is this stuff all PUBLIC!? this ali season is so hideously boring, it would’ve been nice to catch this all on air, UNSUSPECTING. now, i’ll just be waiting for it with a bored sigh. that said, i believe your version of this story, wherever you got it from. i think frank seems like a good guy that would run with his heart. having been dumped by the girl he loved explains his attitudes on the season thus far- sometimes desperate, sometimes dejected, sometimes defeatist. he’s not a conservative or traditional guy. frankly (ha ha), i can’t see him really being a provider to a family just yet- but, that wouldn’t stop me from liking him. (i can provide for myself.)

apparently nobody cares about this show and/or ali, tho i will admit that i do watch it! i hated ali on the bachelor, but she is much more palatable when she is the only girl in the room. (surprise, surprise.) in any case, why is all this stuff public? this season is sort of sucking, but if i know frank makes it to the top 3 (in this case, one might argue bottom 3) and ditches for a girl he realizes he isn’t over back home, what’s the point of watching? maybe they’re trying to get ratings up b/c it’s such a yawner of a season.
