It seems the former VP was engaging in far more than some ‘green activity’ with environmentalist Laurie David, but she claims it isn’t true!
After weeks of speculation it seems the reason behind Al and Tipper Gore‘s split has finally come to light – his alleged two year affair with Larry David‘s ex-wife Laurie! Star reports, “the former Vice President was having an affair with Larry David’s ex-wife — for the past two years!” Say it ain’t so Al!
Serial affairist Laurie split from Larry in 2007 amidst rumors she was having an affair with the caretaker of their Martha’s Vineyard home. Ironically, the Davids, much like the Gores, claimed their split was completely amicable.
Laurie denies the affair to Huffington Post saying, “The story is completely untrue. It’s a total fabrication. I adore both Al and Tipper. I look at them both as family. And I have happily been in a serious relationship since my divorce.”
Al and Laurie worked together promoting the Oscar winning film An Inconvenient Truth four years ago in 2006. Maybe the caretaker was actually a cover for another high profile man!
