Who says you have to grow up?

Hey HollywoodLifers, Celia here. Another week, another amazing event…this time I checked out the Toy Story 3 premiere in Hollywood. I got to act like a giant kid again and pal around with Woody, Buzz Lightyear and (my favorite) Barbie — it was a blast!

Hundreds of fans were checking out the action at the El Capitan Theater on Hollywood Blvd. and although it was hot, I didn’t mind: I was one of the lucky few who got to see the action up close!

And by action, I mean seeing my favorite childhood characters up close. Besides Woody, Buzz and Barbie, Mr. Potato Head and Bullseye the Horse enthusiastically greeted fans and posed for photos. One of Mr. Potato Head’s ears fell off as he walked, but he picked it up, put it back on and cheerily moved on his way. A lesson in grace, BFFs!

There wasn’t much in the way of fashion – some casual summer dresses and torn toy T-shirts – but who really cares? I felt like a kid again, and in Hollywood NOTHING is more fashionable than feeling – and looking – young!
