Hayden, Gaga, Renee, oh, my! What is going on with all of your hair this week?

I am beyond perturbed by the bad, blonde crop epidemic in Hollywood these days. Hayden Panettiere had been on my list of totally adorable pixies until she whipped out this style to the CMT Music Awards on June 9 in Nashville. I am not a fan of her bowl-like coif at all! It looked so much better when she pushed it back into a chic ‘do. Lady Gaga debuted this brand new cut at a Mets game in NYC on June 10. I’m not expecting that Gaga have the most covetable hair on the block but this pouf of damaged platinum locks is doing her no favors. Then there’s Renee Zellweger. Oh, Renee. Please, do something about the stringy bangs you wore to a party in NYC on June 10. I just don’t understand why you ladies don’t step it up a bit. You have so many pretty pixies to emulate! Just look at all the ways English cutie Carey Mulligan wears her short ‘do. Or, copy Michelle Williams‘ covetable, soft locks. What do you think of these styles?
