'Pretty Little Liars' Is Totally Addictive! Did YOU Love Last Night's Series Premiere As Much As I Did?

It’s like Mean Girls meets Clue! And who wouldn’t want to watch that?

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been waiting for ABC Family’s new series Pretty Little Liars to start ever since I saw the first commercial! It’s got high school drama, murder, a pretty cast including my fav girl Lucy Hale from the sadly canceled CW show Privileged, and it’s from the same creators/producers as Gossip Girl and The Vampire Diaries. Oh, and did I mention the show has GREAT music from bands like OneRepublic and The Fray? Seriously, what’s not to like?

I was a little worried after I saw a few of sneak peaks on ABC Family’s website, but thankfully my worries were put to rest after the first commercial break. The story revolves around five best friends who lose touch after the queen bee of their group mysteriously disappears. The story picks up one year after the disappearance of their missing friend Alison, and when her body is finally recovered, Alison’s disappearance goes from a missing persons case to a murder! Could there be a killer on the lose? Are the girls really in the dark, or do they know what happened to Alison?

Secrets follow the group of girls wherever they go, and an unidentified person known as ‘A’, begins to taunt the group via text messages, e-mails, and hand written notes! (So old school, right?) She describes in detail their personal secrets, making the girls wonder… could Alison still be alive? Who else would know things only Alison was told? And if it’s not Alison, who is following them and how do they know ALL of their secrets?

I can’t wait until next week to find out what happens! Did YOU love the first episode as much as I did? Sound off on the show below!

I have to say I’m not much for that kind of ( lets say ) girly show but I have to admit it was nerve wrecking and
suspenseful at the same time. I enjoyed it. Will watch again nex tweek

Did you read the books? I know nothing about the show, but Jen really seemed to love it.
