I found this show on Fox one Sunday night when I couldn’t sleep. I was hooked. Every Sunday, despite my early Mondays, I’d stay up just to watch the show.
Fox picks up shows from other networks, shows I had at least heard of before, save this one. There was not enough advertising done and the time slot in which I found this show was not very conducive to finding fans, unless they suffer from insomnia.
I found Legend of the Seeker Season 2 on Netflix and I watched most of the season before I trekked back to finding Season 1 on Hulu. If I hadn’t seen the show that Sunday night, I would not have given it a second glance upon seeing it as a Netflix option.
The point is that this show was not given its rightful publicity. To say that it didn’t garner enough fans is logical given the circumstances. The artistic work that went into making the show is unbelievable and the lack of advertising/bad time slot(s) is an injustice to that hard work.
Legend of the Seeker should be re-released with proper syndication. If fans like me, who came across it luckily, are in an uproar, imagine how many more fans there could be had the situation been different?
I’ve resorted to reading the books for now. I hope, in time, the show will come back for Season 3 and bring to life the new adventures I’ll read about.

ABC Studios NEEDS to keep Legend of the Seeker going for AT LEAST another season. I’ve been watching it since the beginning and I’ve noticed that, other than durring the show itself, there is NEVER any promotion. BUT, … what I do know is that many people I know in my area and friends around the country, have just recently been turned on to the show … only to find out it’s been canceled.
The first season was good, but adding Cara to the mix and many of the other fantasy elements … the show has just gotten better and better.
PLEASE KEEP THIS SHOW ON THE AIR. !!!!

Seriously this show needs to be saved. I’ve seen the list of shows that are being considered for pick up and they’re just more of the same. don’t you think that you’re over saturating the market a bit? i mean you can only have so many medical, legal, and whatever dramas before you start having them all in the same time slots and people won’t be able to watch them all. this show is amazing. i love the twists. never have i been jerked around so much watching a show as i have this one. it’s amazing and doesn’t deserve to have a premature death.

The outpouring of love and affection for Legend of the Seeker, shouldn’t really astonish anyone. It is rare to have an original show that has neither a medical or legal basis.
Add to that the quality of the show due to an amazingly talented cast and crew, stunning setting, costumes and special effects.
It is no wonder that there has been such an outcry from the fans.

BRING IT BACK! What is with the networks cancelling all the good shows and keep the lame reality tv show, HELLO reality TV was so 2001, wake up! We want something else and that something new and fresh and Legend Of The Seeker is just that!

I still don’t understand how a show that has so many fans, season 2 had a huge premiere party in NYC gets cancelled! WHAT GIVES?
