It looks like Lindsay Lohan’s court-ordered SCRAM bracelet may have been the best thing to ever happen to her — it’s keeping her on the straight and narrow!
Lindsay Lohan has jumped through another court-ordered hoop and has passed not one but TWO random drug tests, reports E! news. Not only that, but the starlet’s alcohol detection device — AKA her SCRAM bracelet — hasn’t gone off either, which means she’s refrained from drinking any alcohol — and a pal of Lindsay’s tells us she’s finally on the road to recovery.
“Lindsay is doing amazingly well,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com June 3, adding, “She looks amazing and we’re definitely seeing changes for the better!”
After missing her original May 20 court date because she was partying at the Cannes Film Festival, the 23-year-old train wreck was sentenced to weekly drug testing, mandatory attend alcohol-education courses and to wear a SCRAM bracelet 24-hours a day May 24. Yikes!
Fortunately, the SCRAM bracelet won’t screw up Lindsay’s career. Her lawyer initially argued that Lindsay couldn’t shoot her upcoming film, Inferno, with a gigantic bracelet strapped around her ankle (as porn star Linda Lovelace she’d be naked more often than not), but the film’s producers confirmed to TMZ that Inferno won’t begin shooting until Aug., so it’s a non-issue.
Lindsay’s next court date is July 6 — hopefully she can keep her act together – and stay healthy — for another month!

i know she’s in sunglasses and all, but she still looks a million times better- and so nice to see a sincere smile on her face! maybe her would-be-employers should negotiate deals where she has to wear a scram and do drug testing throughout any jobs she gets. it’d be nice to see her turn her life into a success story.
