The secret of R-Patz’s glorious mane is revealed… and it’s all thanks to Tom Cruise!

In a promo for the 2010 MTV Movie Awards that was clearly filmed before Rob Pattinson, 24, cut off all his luscious locks, we finally learn the source of R-Patz’s beauty… he washes his hair with dirt! In the hilarious promo, Tom Cruise reprises the role of angry producer Len Grossman (his character in Tropic Thunder) and screams at R-Patz when he says he wants to get a nice hair cut and shampoo job. “Your filthy hair made you a star,” Tom tells R-Patz, before making him promise to wash his hair with dirt.
