Check out Reese Witherspoon’s new super blonde hair for her big role opposite Robert Pattinson!

Leading lady Reese Witherspoon always has the most enviable blonde locks. They always veer on the natural looking side so I was shocked to see her leaving the Neil George salon in Beverly Hills on May 19 with a Gwen Stefani-worthy head of platinum hair. Naturally I had to get the scoop on Reese’s sudden makeover from her super talented celebrity hair colorist, Lorri Goddard-Clark. “She did this blonde for her new film role,” Lorri says. She’s referring to Reese’s part in Water For Elephants which she just started filming on May 20 with sexy co-star, Robert Pattinson.
“I like this color on Reese because it is true to the era her character is from. It’s sexy 1930’s blonde bombshell
,” Lorri says. Fortunately Lorri loves this look on Reese for the real world too, not just the film set. “It is a fun change for summer and she just looks gorgeous!” she says. So, you want to get the same look yourself? “It is an official 1930’s all over platinum blonde,” Lorri says. That means no highlights! “Think Jean Harlow, but in better condition,” she says. Lorri insists, “It’s one of the best looks for summer especially if your natural haircolor is naturally blonde to light brown.” - Marta Topran
