Don’t hate them because they’re young and beautiful — hate them because they’re rich!
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner are young, famous, and judging by their paychecks from the upcoming Eclipse, very, very rich! USA Today reports that for reprising their roles as Bella and Edward in the third Twilight film, Kristen and Rob will be taking home $7.5 million AND a percentage of the film’s gross! For his role as werewolf Jacob, 18-year-old Taylor will be taking home $5 million, way more money then we made when we were teenagers!
While this money may seem like peanuts compared to the Harry Potter kids — Emma Watson made $30 million in 2009 alone! — the three will surely get more money for Breaking Dawn, the final film in the series. Even better, that book will be divided in to two films! News of the trio’s salary may be why costars are now asking for more money!
So BFFs, are Rob, Kristen, and Taylor worth the money?
