The City starlet Roxy Olin tells us it’s not an act — she really CANNOT stand Olivia Palermo!

Roxy gave HollywoodLife.com an exclusive inside look at what’s REALLY going on with Olivia…and why she and Whitney Port will be life-long besties.
“One day I’ll learn to bite my tongue with [Olivia],” Roxy, 24, admitted to us at KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango in Los Angeles May 15. “I’m glad her true colors are showing on camera. Those ARE her true colors — she’s not a nice girl. She’s getting what she deserves.”
Olivia, 24, has been painted as the villain of The City — not unlike The Hills‘ Heidi Montag — and from what Roxy tells us, she really IS a major biotch — no editing necessary. Luckily, 24-year-old Whitney Port is around to help keep Roxy sane.
“We’re loyal. I think we’re really — we’re sometimes brutally honest with each other,” Roxy explained. “That can sometimes hurt a friendship, but there’s a mutual understanding with us, and that’s why we remain and will continue to remain such good friends.”
