We have serious ab envy after checking out Jennifer Aniston’s toned tummy in her new Smart Water ad and needed to know how to get her sexy stomach!

We always knew Jennifer Aniston had a bangin’ bod, but in her new advertisement for Smart Water, America’s sweetheart looks hotter than we’ve ever seen her before! Wearing only a sports bra and workout pants, the 41-year-old actresses tousles her hair and clutches her bottle of water while stretching out some SERIOUSLY defined abdominals.

“Working out feels great…afterwards,” Jen reads in the ad. “That’s why I drink Smart. It’s hydration I can feel. (And it’s one part of my routine I never sweat.)”

With bikini season right around the corner, we want Jen’s toned — yet feminine — body more than ever. Luckily, her long-time yoga trainer, Mandy Ingber, revealed the secrets behind the actress’ fab figure, so now YOU can look just as defined as Jennifer does come summertime!

Jen’s Workout Routine:

Step 1: SWEAT! “We do 30-40 minutes of cardio in one form or another elliptical, spinning, any version of cardio, really, and not every time either!” Mandy said.

Step 2: FOCUS & STRENGTHEN! “Then we do 30-45 minutes of yoga. I like to do sun salutations with her, and a little bit of flow yoga with toning exercises from a chair, squats, lunges, pull-ups from a plank and then ab work. We mix it up like that.”

Want fab abs? Try Jen’s favorite, the tree pose. “This is a core-strengthening move for focus and inner peace – and inner thighs!” Mandy joked. “Stand straight shifting your body weight on to your right foot with your knee up to your chest. Turn you knee to the side and press the sole of your foot to your inner thigh or calf, depending on your flexibility. Put your palms together, extending to the crown of your head. This is great for your core. Hold it for 5-10 breaths. This is actually one of Jen’s favorite poses – it has a lot of balance.”

Step 3: RELAX. “And then we’ll always do 15 minutes of stretching,” she finished.

Okay, BFFs — are you feeling as inspired as we are to get fit? Mandy has one more tip for you:

“Jen’s fitness routine is absolutely 100% accessible,” Mandy told us. “The key to having a great body is consistency, finding things you can do on a daily basis.”

Wait, does she need the money/fame? She seems awfully greedy to me, selling bottled water. How much money does a person need? And, bottled water is not eco-friendly. It uses oil, and most of it ends up in landfills. I thought Jen told everyone she was eco-friendly? I guess not.

The quote at the end is the best part of this article. I was working with a client today that said she had been doing pilates for years but never had flat abs. I asked her what her routine was and she admitted she would pop in a DVD and work really hard for about two weeks then stop and not do anything for two months. Consistency is KEY. You should be consistently working to challenge yourself.
