Amanda you’re definitely NOT a hopeless romantic! You tell Teen Vogue it’s “rare” to want to spend your entire life with someone. Let’s hope your BF doesn’t get his feelings hurt when he reads this!
Amanda Seyfried, 24, will not let her heart get broken! The Letters to Juliet star, who normally plays the girl next door searching for true love, is actually the complete opposite of the roles she plays! The actress graces Teen Vogue‘s June cover, and she tells the mag she doesn’t really believe in soul mates. ”A lot of people ask me, ‘Is Dominic [Cooper] the one?’ I don’t know, and I’m fine with that,” she says. “Too much planning can lead to heartbreak.”
We’ve heard this song and dance before, but each time we’re completely shocked! Amanda, who has been dating her Mama Mia! co-star Dominic, 31, for two years, isn’t getting as serious as we thought with her beau.
“Love is great and possible, always, but it’s very rare to have the feeling that ‘I want to be with this person forever,’” she says.
This is most definitely a let down after making such romantic movies this year like Dear John and Letters to Juliet! Amanda, your movies give so much hope to girls wanting to find their prince … and we thought you had found yours! We would have hoped your fairytale roles melted into your real life!
“It’s fun to play characters who have these ideals that you don’t have,” she says. “Like, in Dear John, Channing [Tatum] and I had such a good time because we were pretending to be in love.”
Along with settling down, Amanda isn’t worried about another thing … MAKEUP! The blonde beauty tells the mag she’s not concerned with looking picture perfect all of the time.
“I don’t really care about paparazzi — like, I’m not wearing makeup right now and I should be,” she says.
Let’s hope Amanda’s BF doesn’t get too hurt when he reads this!

I think this line of talk is as real as the ‘I never diet or work out, but I’m a size 0′ BS. ScarJo played it this way too – as if true love were a silly idea – but ended up married within a couple years.
