Things are getting heated on The Hills AND The City! Spencer is losing his mind and Olivia needs to lighten up!

Hey Hollywoodlifers! I’m Toby and I want to give you the inside scoop into last nights May 11 episodes of MTV’s The Hills and The City! You’ve probably seen me tweeting up a storm onto the HollywoodLife Twitter account and that’s because I wants you to know EVERYTHING about my MTV passions! First off, Spencer, The Hills villain, needs to relax! He has no manners and he even called Heidi Montag‘s mom a Vagina — he’s so vulgar! When it comes to the city that never sleeps, I’m so over New York socialite and Elle blogger Olivia Palermo! She totally dissed Whitney Port by not showing up to an interview! That girl has some nerve!
