You never know in Hollywood — is it for real, or just a show?
The only thing hotter in Hollywood these days than a huge wedding… is a SECOND huge wedding! Yes, stars are all saying “I do” all over again in vow renewal ceremonies, and they’re not just doing it once! Heidi Klum and hubby Seal just tied the knot for the FIFTH time May 8, while Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are following closely behind with three ceremonies of their own. But here’s what we want to know, BFFs — are all these celeb couples recommitting themselves to each other for the sake of love? Or do you think they’re just in it for the publicity & bling? Check out our list of celebs and tell us what you think:
- Tori Spelling & Dean McDermott just re-tied the knot in a sure-to-be-televised ceremony May 8. Family and friends were invited to a private home in Beverly Hills to watch the couple say “I do” all over again, and Tori couldn’t help but tweet about it!
- Heidi Klum & Seal have turned renewing their vows into an annual tradition! Every year on their anniversary, the couple invites friends and family to a themed ceremony and celebration of their love. This year’s festivities were held May 8 at their home in Mexico — and they asked all the guests to dress up like brides and grooms!
- Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon recently said “I do” for the third time on their second wedding anniversary — and the special day came with a special gift for Mariah. Nick presented her with a hand-crafted Ring Pop made of white gold, white diamonds and pink sapphires from Jason of Beverly Hills!
- Fergie & Josh Duhamel kicked off 2010 with a private vow renewal ceremony in Santa Barbara, Calif., followed by a private dinner for two. “Fergie was crying and seemed very emotional,” said an eyewitness. The ceremony came suspiciously soon after Josh was accused to cheating on Fergie with stripper Nicole Forrester.
You tell us, BFFs — which of these stars do you think renewed their vows because they really wanted to celebrate their love… and which ones just did it for the attention?
