Taylor’s totally making herself the anti-Miley! Do you approve?

Taylor Momsen, 16, sure does want us to see her as a beautiful, tortured girl. Just look at how many times she clutches her arm and stares listlessly at the ceiling in this new music video from her band The Pretty Reckless! I’m actually impressed with her vocals on “Make Me Wanna Die” — I just wish it wasn’t so angry. Come on, Taylor — you’re a cute girl, and you’re much prettier when you smile. Just because your Gossip Girl character is getting all dark and twisted, it doesn’t mean you have to do the same in real life. Maybe this darker side of you is the reason you’re not friends with your castmates. BFFs, what do you think of Taylor’s whole schtick?
