Miley, you’re trying to look sexy on your new album cover, but it’s coming off awkward & uncomfortable!

We’ve been through this before, but Miley Cyrus, you seriously need to tone down the sex-factor! This new photo of you, for your upcoming album Can’t Be Tamed, is yet another example of you trying to grow up too quickly — and it shows in your face. You may have a fit little figure, but the uncomfortable expression your face is proof you’re not ready for the sexy persona you’re putting forward. And considering you’re still 17, that’s a good thing! We know you want to shed your Hannah Montana image, but do you really want to end up like Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears in the process?

i dont like her photo at all. Miley needs to stop tryin to be sexy or act sexy. I am sick of seeing hannah montana on disneychannel and they need to get rid of her show. Because she is growing up to fast.

Well, 17 is a transitionary age so you can hardly say she’s not acting 17. A lot of people start sexing things up and exploring their sexuality around this age. She’s just doing it through her music and image.
Although that being said, I hate the picture! Does a 17 year old really need to be airbrushed this much to?! Ridiculous

i know your sexy miley but your only seventeen yrs old…i dont want to see becoming britney spears coz its not right…alot of kids adores and copy you so if you do something bad theyll do the same thing and its not good…i know its not your fault whatever happens to those kids but act like normal ok your too young……

i would love to no what typical teen gurl yall are talking about because im 17 goin on 18 and i dont dress like that theres a thing called modesty in public and the only TYPICAL TEEN GURL i see wearing something like that where i live is usually STANDING on a street corner in other words a HO HO HO HO HOOO HO.

That’s how seventeen year olds dress. Take it from me, I’ve always been a modest dresser and got made fun of for it all the time when I was seventeen. (Which was only two years ago)

Okay, although I dont agree with her dressing like that… Noone gave two craps when Christina and Brittany dressed like that when they were 17. Granted Brittany didnt turn out so well, but Christina is doing great! i say let her do what she wants with her life. Its her choice.

i am ambivalent about this cover. i don’t like the aesthetic, but at that age i was also dressing too provocatively. i think girls that age are just desperate to be seen as adults, and in their minds that usually translates into having to show ‘sexy’. i don’t like this look on her, but i’m not going to bash it or her. she’s always sort of had a tacky twinge to her, and this continues with that… but, she’ll improve her style with age. at the end of the day, her voice is fantastic, and she seems like a decent human being, so i’ll cheer her on even if i don’t like this cover or her bra-baring style in general.

ps- i frankly find taylor’s flowers and bows get-ups equally as ‘off’ as this grown-up look on miley. one is a “safe” choice, and one isn’t- but neither work for me.

Honestly, she looks good. There is nothing inappropriate about this photo. I’m 17 and I see girls younger than her wearing less. She’s almost 18 and she’s trying to shed the Hannah Montana image. I think she is beautiful and hope her new album does well. If you don’t like it you don’t have to get on here and be mean and nasty. Also, it’s sad that older people are on here calling her slutty. Talk about her being a bad influence, look in the mirror… Go Miley!
