The ‘Iron Man 2’ star tells you how she gets in shape to rock short shorts on the red carpet – but it does NOT sound easy!
Gwyneth Paltrow has one of the most amazing bodies on the planet, and she is telling everyone how she got ready to walk the red carpet in the shortest skirts and short shorts for her Iron Man 2 premieres! Gwyn’s May 6 GOOP newsletter laid out all the keys to the perfect legs and body – and also included a free training video from her trainer and BFF Tracy Anderson! Get ready for a lot of pain and some VERY healthy eating!
Gwyneth starts every morning with some green tea and an almond and blueberry shake or breakfast bar. I’m already starving! After that is an intense 90 minute workout followed by some DELICIOUS Kale Juice. Then it is a steamed chicken breast for lunch, a few almonds for a snack, and a turkey vegetable soup for dinner with some salad and light vinegarette. That is it!
Gwyn admits about the plan, “I cannot ever do it for long, only when there is a goal in sight.” We just hope she isn’t going to be sticking to this plan when she gets pregnant!
