Lo Bosworth claims she and Stephanie Pratt have been wrongfully accused of spreading rumors about Kristin Cavallari. Do YOU think she’s telling the truth?

Kristin Cavallari and Lo Bosworth are taking a page out of Lindsay Lohan’s handbook on how to start a war via Twitter. After the May 4 episode of The Hills, Kristin furiously tweeted her outrage at co-stars Lo and Stephanie Pratt for spreading rumors about her alleged illegal drug use.

“Manipulation is DISGUSTING. I hope ur Berkin bag was worth it. Lowest form of SCUM…” the 23-year-old reality star tweeted late Tuesday night.

Lo — always the mediator — was quick to defend herself, explaining, “Tonites episode-rumors about ppl on show do not really come from other cast members. Steph and I aren’t guilty-welcome to reality tv :/.”

Later, the 23-year-old added, “KCav knows who started the rumors, that person doesn’t exist in hills world, and we r unfort being blamed on tv in order to address a story.”
