Former Playboy bunny Kendra Wilkinson made a sex tape with an ex-boyfriend and is shocked it leaked — at least it’s being released by the top celebrity porn video company out there!
Kendra, you’ve made some less-than-perfect choices in your life (yes, I saw the E! True Hollywood Story), but this one really has me baffled. Why would you EVER videotape yourself having sex and leave the footage with someone you ‘trust,’ like an ex-boyfriend? Secrets ALWAYS come out — plus, since you agreed to the tape in the first place, lawyers tell us you’re going to have a hard time fighting it’s release.
“Unfortunately, I don’t think Kendra has any rights if she consented to the tape being made,” Los Angeles attorney Steve Cron told HollywoodLife.com exclusively May 5.
Nashville-based attorney Adam Dread is dealing with a similar situation with his client, country singer Mindy McCready, who also had a sex tape leak through the porn distribution company, Vivid Entertainment. He agrees with Cron it’s unlikely Kendra will be successful in stopping her sex tape from being released as scheduled in a couple weeks.
“Vivid are business men,” Dread explained to HollywoodLife.com. “They know what they are doing and they are not back-handed. They are the Cadillac of the adult-entertainment industry.”
Kendra, at least you can take some comfort knowing your tape has been sent to one of the top celebrity porn video companies out there – Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson have all made their porn debuts through Vivid Entertainment.
Plus, even though you’re probably not going to be able to stop the video’s release, you’ll still be entitled to your portion of the profits. “It’s a possibility for [Kendra] to seize any royalties made off her likeness,” Dread advised. “If you have an unauthorized use of any of your likeness, [you can sue]. You own you.”
Hear that, Kendra? Go after those guys and make a little cash. And next time, just say NO sex tapes.

If is true Kendra has a sex tape and can’t stop it, If i am in her position, i will let is roll, after all she will not be the first or the last to have a sex tape in American. All that she needs is her family behind her. We have all done stupid things at age 18 and we do regret all. Hank should understand that. If they try to stop it and vivid insist on showing it, let it be. Its high time these entertainment industry should be taught a lesson of not making money out of people becos they a have a sex tape in hand. Thats a mistake she made with a stupid ex-boyfriend who needs only money. they can pay him and let him go claim royalities as well. Seeing Kendra having sex in a vidoe tape is nothing new cos we all know how having is like. Kendra pls stop paying attention to this, allow them to whatever they went with it. It will be news for only a week and is gone. Just assure ur hubby to be by ur side and hold himself up high. What matters is what u truly are in the inside.
