‘McSteamy’ and his gorgeous wife are showing the world their beautiful 2-month-old baby girl Billie Beatrice! They tell Us Weekly she’s a ‘miracle!’

Congratulations Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart, your baby girl is absolutely precious! The couple, who’ve been married for six years, opened up in the new issue of Us Weekly about the birth of their daughter Billie Beatrice, 2 months. Eric, who is best known for his role as Mark Sloan on ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy says his daughter has changed his life! “She is absolutely the most important thing in our lives now.” These first-time parents say their little “miracle” came when they least expected it! “When we stopped trying for a baby, that’s when it happened.”

Check out what Eric and Dane have to say about being parents!

The couple talk about the actual labor: RG: “It was difficult, don’t get me wrong. It was 13 hours but bearable.” ED: “We played Bob Marley ‘Could You Be Loved.'”

Sharing parenting duties: RG: “Eric is the swaddle ninja. He does a lot of the diapering and swaddling.” ED: “I do whatever she tells me to do.”

Eric talks about being a dad: “I am loving it. No, I don’t want to leave it at ‘loving it’ it is life changing. It changes how you look at things and how you feel about things.”

They talk about who Billie resembles more: RG: “She looks just like him.” ED: “If you look at my baby pictures, she resembles me. And she looks different every single day. With Luck she’ll end up looking like her mother.”

How they picked her name: ED: “We named her after my father. He passed away when I was young and when we first found out we were pregnant we thought we were having a boy … we figured, we can still name her Billie.” RG: “Beatrice was my grandmother’s name. We thought it went well with Billie.”

How the baby has changed Eric’s life: “I drive more slowly, I don’t sweat the small stuff, I take more naps, I’ve fallen more in love with my wife, and I like my job even more.”
