The tumultuous couple’s lawyers slam reports that claim Brooke and Charlie have separated and reached a financial settlement!

From domestic abuse charges, to drug and alcohol rehab, to rumored custody battles, Charlie Sheen and his wife of two years, Brooke Mueller, have been through a lifetime of drama in the last four months — but divorce will not be added to the list, their lawyers tell us.

“They are not seeking a divorce, nor has one been contemplated. There [have] been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false,” Brooke’s lawyer, Yale Galanter, and Charlie’s legal rep, Marg Burg, explained in a statement to HollywoodLife.com May 3.

“Since the December 25 incident involving Charlie and Brooke Sheen, the couple have been going through their martial trials and tribulations, and have been the subject of enormous speculation in the media. Over-speculation, if there is such a word, would be more accurate. The couple asks that their privacy be respected at this time.”

Even though their reps claim Brooke and Charlie aren’t seeking divorce, Brooke, 32, reportedly moved out of the couple’s house April 26 and took their twin nearly one-year-old boys, Max and Bob after discovering the 44-year-old Two and a Half Men allegedly cheated on her during his stint in rehab.
