Even though people doubted he’d be good on Donald Trump’s reality show, Summer thinks Bret has what it takes to win Celebrity Apprentice!
Bret Michaels is currently fighting for his life after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage almost two weeks ago, but every Sunday night we get to see the reality star kicking the competition’s butt on Celebrity Apprentice — and the latest cast-off Summer Sanders tells us she thinks the Poison rocker is in top position to take home the grand prize.
“I think a lot of people walked into the program going, ‘Who is this Rock of Love guy? He’s going to be out fast,’” the 37-year-old Olympian swimmer told HollywoodLife.com May 3. “He’s proved a lot of people wrong. That has to feel good for him.”
For any naysayers out there, it’s not pity points that are carrying Bret through the tough competition — it’s his unique outlook at Donald Trump‘s challenges.
“[Bret] has this way of thinking outside the box and really pushing the envelope,” Summer said, commending her former competitor. “I think he’s proven himself as a very, very strong player — Trump has said that himself.”
Who else does Summer think will be in the race to claim the $250,000 grand prize for the celebrity’s charity of choice?
“Sharon Osbourne,” she said, with no hesitation. “She’s tough. After all, she IS Sharon Osbourne.”
