How far would you go to meet your favorite celebrity? Two Auburn University students actually created a website to meet their #1 celeb crush, Taylor Swift. And their idea worked!
After hearing about Michael Wekall and Ryan Leander’s site, A Hug From Taylor Swift site, the 20-year-old country singer issued a challenge in March: do chivalrous deeds, like helping an old lady across the street, and your wish will come true!
After complying with Taylor’s requests (and sending the evidence via Twitter and Facebook photos), the boys finally got their reward April 26 when the songstress surprised the boys at their school wearing a “Hug from Mike and Ryan” shirt, kisses on the cheek and an impromptu concert, E! reports.
She even tweeted about the surprise gig afterward! “So we might have flown to Alabama for a surprise show today,” Taylor wrote on her Twitter page afterward. “One of those unforgettable days. Thank you Auburn!”
