Jesse James wears an offensive T-Shirt — but not his wedding ring! — in his first out-of-rehab photo!

The cheating husband of Sandra Bullock has emerged, after almost one month in a sex addiction rehab center, a little lighter. Jesse James — who was sporting a super classy shirt that reads “Armed & Hammered” — was not wearing his wedding ring when he was photographed in Los Angeles today, April 26.

Jesse entered the Sierra Tucson Rehab Facility on Mar. 30, and returned home today, in time to take his daughters, Sunny and Chandler James — who were living with Sandra while he was getting treatment — to school.  Jesse also reportedly rode his bike to work in Long Beach, CA.

Photos of Sandra without her wedding ring were released on Apr. 20. With both of them going ringless, it seems the couple is now moving closer to divorce.

I didn’t know it was a Hell’s Angels shirt — but I still think it’s not classy to be wearing something that says you are “hammered” after leaving rehab! Not very respectful – even if he was in for sex addiction not alcohol.

agreed. but is there any appropriate time for someone to be wearing a shirt like that? :) i’m off the jesse-rage bandwagon for now though, so i’ll drop it except to say that style of dressing and wearing statement shirts is NOT my thing… no matter what it says. but, if it helps you with your disgust, try to think of the very real possibility that a harley driver’s use of ‘hammered’ could be completely unrelated to drugs/alcohol. (i’ve heard ‘hammer down’ in the truck driving context to mean basically just to go full throttle- so, it might not be as offensive as you’re thinking.)

A whole month of rehab — WOW — doubt it will have done much good. He won’t get Sandy back. I do think that the lack of ring is big for him as he KNOWS he will be photographed. Glad to see that they didn’t follow the children to school though.

Now *wink-wink* = sure would love to see the texts he sent out to his many women [?@#%$#@] just to see if rehab did any good or just made him hornier and was setting up screw times with them all.

If he was smart [which after all this crap we know he isn't] he would spend most of his time with children and surround himself with many people at all times when the children not around.

when i looked up the shirt (as i’m guessing the writer did either before or after me), i found no union by that name. i think it’s a hell’s angels shirt- from what i found with a google search. not an expert though, but just b/c it says “local 81″ doesn’t mean it’s a union.

Well, I am glad he is back, and I think his shirt is kind of funny..I really do admire Jesse James for so many reasons,he is who he is, a Self-made Man,probably the best fabricator out there, and a really good dad.As far as his marriage,I pray they BOTH have the Courage to work through their problems, Together..Love them BOTH>>>>>>

why do people such as yourself always go straight to nasty and attitude when a legit question is asked? and, for the record, i did fgi, and if you do a complete search (the whole thing, not just “local 81″), you get hells angels- not teamsters. there are a million different “local 81″‘s out there- but when you put all of the stuff from the shirt in your search, it comes up hells angels. calm down, rudeness.

i’m not sure if i’m offended by his shirt, i just don’t really get that stuff, nor wearing statement/logo/whatever shirts at that age. that said, i think it’s a hell’s angels shirt, and that’s probably about the only group supporting him right now… so, makes sense that he’s giving them a shout out. are hell’s angels even offensive anymore, or are they just old guys on bikes? honestly asking…

gbtw, you are so funny. I now can see McGee salivating in anticipation of Jesse’s next text message. You just know we will all be shown it as she will immediately run to the media to prove how “wonderful” she is and a true Bombshell.

I do hope that these men will stop with the texting. I just heard that a Swedish media is trying to obtain texts between Princess Madeleine and Jonas Bergstrom. They are the two that just broke their engagement because he also couldn’t keep it in his pants and his Norweign slut was paid big money to give her story to the press. So even the 3rd in line to the Swedish Crown can’t trust her fiancee’. I am beginning to think that men are becoming either more stupid or that modern technology is not only finding their cheating faster but we don’t have to pay a detective to bring us the proof!

i have no problem with two people being happy together. if it happens, good for them. but, in reality, i was making more of a commentary on michelle’s delusions (if her ex’s account can be trusted, which, of course, is a big ‘if’!)
