Reality star Bret Michaels is in the hospital after suffering a brain hemorrhage April 22, and is currently in critical condition, reports People.
The 47-year-old Celebrity Apprentice/Rock of Love star self-diagnosed himself with a horrific headache last night before doctors realized he had undergone a ‘massive subarachnoid hemorrhage,’ and are unclear if the former Poison singer’s recent emergency appendectomy is to blame for the tragic incident, reports People.
“After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. [It] will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation,” the insider explained.
Our thoughts go out to the divorced father of three, his family and his friends during this painful time.
