The entire episode of last night’s Glee was devoted to the queen of pop herself — Madonna! It was everything I hoped for and more!

Sue Sylvester’s hilarious video tribute to Madonna‘s Vogue — which we got a glimpse of last week — was just the beginning. From the opening number, “Express Yourself,” to the risqué version of “Like a Virgin,” all of the Madonna songs were devoted to one theme … girl power! The Cheerios and Glee Club even found out that Madge is someone EVERYONE can bond over.

But costumes and hilarious ’90s references aside, what I loved most about last night’s episode was how well the guys performed Madonna’s hit singles … even if they were a little reserved about doing so at first. The best scene by far was Finn and Rachel’s Madonna montage duet of “Open Your Heart” and “Into The Groove.”

The Cheerios even went head-to-head with the Glee Club, performing highly choreographed stunts and full out dance number, complete with a marching band! By the end of the show, I found my self wanting to wear cone-bras, a red corset and my black suit … and find sexy, singing Mr. Schuester of my own!
