Josh Duhamel told HollywoodLife.com he wants a BIG family with Fergie — then SHE told us when it will happen!
Josh Duhamel’s biological clock is ticking! The Transformers star is 100% ready to start a huge family with wife Stacy ‘Fergie’ Ferguson— but he’s resigned to the fact that Fergie will be calling the shots when it comes to how big their brood will actually be.
“I’m happy with one, but I’ll take seven,” Josh told HollywoodLife.com at the Red Cross Gala in Santa Monica, Calif. April 17. If Fergie doesn’t want to pop out seven babies, Josh, 37, is fully on board to adopt, saying, “Sure, there’s so many kids out there…I’m a supporter of adoption.”
Just minutes later Fergie dished that she’s also nearly ready to make the plunge into parenthood. “[I want to wait until] after the tour because I can’t be jumping around with those other boys if I am,” the 35-year-old singer explained.
The Black Eyed Peas: The End World Tour is set to end in Canada August 23…so maybe we’ll hear some happy news from the couple soon after that ? We hope so. Could there be a more perfect Christmas present?
Last October, the singer told the Daily Mail she was thinking about becoming a mom at some point this year. “Am I getting broody? Oh, definitely!” the singer said. “But I want to finish this tour first before trying to start a family.”
The couple almost didn’t stay together, however — never mind have a family! In Oct. 2009, less than a year after tying the knot in January, Josh was accused of sleeping with stripper Nicole Forrester in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was filming Life As We Know It.
Both Josh and Fergie have vehemently denied the story and to prove it, renewed their vows in Santa Barbara, Calif. Jan. 10, 2010.
But the bad times are over! When we asked Fergie how she was finding married life these days, she gushed, “[It’s] great — aside from the scandal…[which] I’m not talking about.”
The past is the past…and both Fergie and Josh are ready to move on…and make babies!

She’s taking Fatherhood away from this guy! If I was him I would ‘plant my seeds’ elsewhere. She’s 38/39? When is she gonna be a mom? Its no big deal to her but her husband keeps talkin how he would love to have a child. Josh will get forced into adopting(which is great, but foul when you were able & wanted your own) He should have looked deeper at her values when courting her. But something must not be right w/ him to end up in such a dead end. Josh are you gonna wait till your 67 years old like Steve Martin.
