BFF’s — Do you believe the shocking new report that Rob cheated on Kristen with Gossip Girl Leighton Meester?

Here’s the jaw-dropping claim in this week’s new In Touch magazine. In Touch asserts that Rob Pattinson, 23, had a hot hookup with Leighton, at her New York City apartment one night and didn’t leave until the next morning.

The insider who claims he witnessed the shocking incident says, “He ducked out of the building and hopped into a waiting car. He even carried an overnight bag.”

The mag claims they have a friends of Leighton’s confirming the affair and saying that the pair remain in constant contact, both talking and texting.

Now, coincidentally, Leighton, 24, and her boyfriend of over a year, actor Sebastian Stan, 26, happened to have split recently.

But here’s the BIG question: what could possibly be the date of this encounter? R-Patz hasn’t been in NYC since the day after his Remember Me premier , March 1, when his girlfriend Kristen Stewart came to visit him and walk the red carpet . He flew the next day to Europe to begin filming the historical drama, Bel Ami. So when exactly could he have had a sleepover with Leighton?

R-Patz has since been photographed in costume on the Budapest set of Bel Ami, virtually non-stop, since he arrived there. He has not been sighted on this continent, let alone in NYC coming out of Leighton’s apartment.

I also, highly doubt that the man who only recently and reluctantly acknowledged that he and Kristen were a “together”, and who has self depreciatively said that “I never really considered myself attractive.”, would so confidently cheat on the woman who has appeared to be completely, over-the-moon, in love with.

And would Kristen, have boarded an  11 hour plus hour flight to Budapest this past weekend to spend time with a man who had betrayed her?

Kristen doesn’t strike me as the doormat type.

Furthermore, E! Online’s Ted Casablanca, says he has a spy inside Leighton’s NYC apartment building  and his spy hasn’t heard a whisper about it and “trust me, this building is FILLED with gossips”.

For all these reasons, I doubt this cheating allegation and we’ve already heard from both K-Stew and R-Patz fans and you are outraged by this claim. But we want to hear more from you. Do you believe it or not? Are you outraged or not?
