Listen up, HollywoodLifers! Now you can have your cake AND eat it, too! Real Housewives of the O.C. star Gretchen Rossi has dropped some serious weight over the last year, and she wants to tell YOU how to lose the pounds without giving up your favorite sinful treats!
“[It’s all about] everything in moderation. Don’t overindulge in any one thing,” the 32-year-old dished to HollywoodLife.com exclusively at Star magazine’s Hot Young Hollywood party in Los Angeles March 31. “I love to eat. I love desserts…I love anything! It’s all about moderation. You just have to be smart about what you are taking in.”
But, of course, weight-loss isn’t JUST about diet; there are mandatory workouts, too — which Gretchen says she never skips! “Someday I have a trainer, some days I just work out at home,” she admitted. “If it’s nice out, I go running, or I’ll go bike-riding…but it’s basically staying active every day.”
We had to ask — is Gretchen toning up to look fabulous in a wedding dress in the near future? “Not yet,” admitted of a possible engagement to boyfriend Slade Smiley. “Maybe one day soon!”
