This Just In! Justin Bieber Will Perform On This Week's 'American Idol!' And Guess Who's Mentoring the Top 10!

Are you as stoked as we are to see Justin sing on the American Idol results show Wed. March 31?

Get ready for lots of sobbing pre-teen girls on American Idol this week! A show source confirmed to HollywoodLife.com that teen sensation Justin Bieber is performing on the results show Mar. 31 — and we cannot wait!

We wonder if the 15-year-old will sing ‘Never Let You Go’ (since that music video debuts 12 a.m. March 30) — or if he’ll collaborate with his mentor, Usher, and P. Diddy, who are also performing that night.

Usher, 31, is also mentoring the top 10 Idol contestants as they prep for their R&B Soul Classics week. Last week, the contestants struggled picking good number-one hits, so hopefully Usher will guide them with better song choices!

Usher can be a wonderful mentor. I like the guy on so many levels! And he is not only cutting edge in what he does in todays music, but he has excelled at collaboration and in nurturing new talent, like Justin Can’t wait to watch and see if he pulls Crystal out of her Lilith Fair comfort zone to nail a song in a different genre, brings back Lee Dewyze as a contender, helps soul bro Lynche kick it up a notch, or helps Siobhan have that magic moment that Siobhan has pushed all her talent and courage towards achieving 3 of the last 4 weeks,
Should be a good show.
Critics of this years Idol contestants fixated too much on how bad the bottom dwellers are, and not as much on how successful Casey, Siobhan, and Crystal are likely to be. Maybe add DeWyze or Lynche if they exceed my expectations.
