We’ve been dying to know why our two-time ‘Sexiest Man of the Year,’ Mr. Brad Pitt, has been walking around with a Santa Claus beard since last Feb. And finally the man in question revealed the mystery all by himself!

There was much speculation the hairs on the 46-year-old actor’s chinny chin chin are for the movie The Lost City of Z, or because he’s trying to hide something — but in actuality, it’s much simpler — and duller — than that.

“It’s boredom. No other reason than that,” Brad told The Sun at London’s Kick-Ass party March 22.

Brad, how can you be bored? You have six kids under the age of nine! If it were up to us, you’d ditch the fuzz and go back to that gorgeous, chiseled, clean-cut face!
