Sorry, Rose McGowan, but it seems like your ex, director Robert Rodriguez, has moved on with a new woman!

One spy at the “Swagg Presents Perez Hilton’s One Night In Austin” event, during the South By Southwest music festival, tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY “Robert Rodriguez showed up with his arm around Nina Diaz” — the lead singer of the band Girl In A Coma.

Robert is 41, but Nina is only 21! A rep for Nina insists “Robert Rodriguez is a fan of the band” … but our source says: “They were holding hands, and were together all night. They were definitely acting like a couple!”

Rodriguez (Planet Terror, Sin City) is famous for leaving his wife of 16 years and getting engaged to actress Rose McGowan — who he directed in Grindhouse — soon after. His next film, Machete, stars Robert DeNiro and Jessica Alba.

Nina Diaz and her band, which includes her sister, were recently signed to Joan Jett‘s label, Blackheart Record.
