Jessica Biel, does this photo of Cam & JT grinning and giggling on the set concern you … even a little bit?

WE TOLD YOU FIRST that exes Cameron Diaz, 39, and Justin Timberlake, 29, were getting “very close” on the set of their new movie Bad Teacher (scheduled to release in 2011)! Since their breakup in 2007 and Justin’s subsequent relationship with Jessica Biel, things haven’t exactly been civil, but now, the two seem to have put their differences aside. In this first still shot of the movie released today, Mar. 16, Cameron and Justin can’t seem to take their eyes off of each other. And the smiles … they seem more than happy to be in each others’ presence!

“Cameron and Justin look like they’re really enjoying each other’s company!” one Bad Teacher insider told HollywoodLife.com last week. The two even taped a love scene together. “There’s a great vibe on-set” between them, explained our source.

In the movie, Cameron plays a “usually hungover,” “foul-mouthed” seventh-grade teacher who’s “completely fixated on trying to afford breast augmentation,” according to what director Jake Kasdan told EW.com. And Justin’s substitute teacher role fits perfectly because his character “happens to be the heir to a watch-making company.” Cameron’s character “seems to think he seems like a good target” to be “the right man who will take care of her for the rest of her life,” said Jake.

We wonder what Justin’s current girlfriend Jessica Biel, 28, thinks about all of this? It must make her uncomfortable to know that her bf is currently working with an ex.

Well Jessica, we think your interests are safe for now. Cameron and Justin are “having fun together, but it’s strictly professional,” another on-set insider shared with us. The two don’t seem to be rekindling old flames: “I’m not sure if they hang out afterwards, but they definitely leave separately when the day ends,” our source confirmed.

I wish somebody knew about my novel…it is all about this subject..called THE BEST ACTRESS available on Amazon.com.It was never properly promoted and would make a wonderful movie!
Oscar winner, Nicole, cries when she accepts the Award, but she is crying for a different reason, she has just lost the love of her life!
