Don’t you think Betty is totally this year’s ‘Golden Girl’?

Betty White is seriously a hot commodity. In addition to landing a hosting spot on SNL recently, the 88-year-old actress has landed a new TV series!

The hilarious octogenarian will be starring in TV Land’s new show, Hot In Cleveland , alongside Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick as snarky property caretaker Elka Ostrovsky, a role that’s miles apart from her Golden Girls character, the dippy – yet loveable – do-gooder Rose Nylund.

In a statement, TV Land president Larry W. Jones said March 16, “The talented Betty White is the finishing touch to this outstanding ensemble. [Her] illustrious career spans more than 60 years and makes her one of Hollywood’s most iconic and sought after actresses in television today.”

Although the show doesn’t launch until June, you can still catch Betty on Saturday Night Live on May 8, over Mother’s Day weekend. We can’t wait! Can you?
