Funny woman Tina Fey looked anything but funny at the Oscars on Mar. 7. The 30 Rock star wore her hair in a beautifully tousled half-up/half-down ‘do. Just two days later, Tina wore her hair down with side swept bangs to an event at FAO Schwarz in NYC on Mar. 9.
