Do you think Dave will get the justice he deserves?

UPDATE: He’s going to jail!

Is David Letterman finally about to be vindicated for the public humiliation he suffered after product Robert Halderman attempted to blackmail him early last year?

The Emmy-winning CBS producer, 52, is expected to plead guilty to extortion charges at the Manhattan Supreme Court this afternoon, March 9, says PopEater. In exchange for the plea, Halderman will serve six months in jail, get four-and-a-half months on probation and complete 1,000 hours of community service.

But do you think he deserves it? Halderman tried to expose Dave’s extra-martial affairs if the 62-year-old “The Late Show” host didn’t cough up $2 million. But his plan backfired when Dave admitted his affairs live on air and apologized to the nation.

Do you think justice will be served today?
