These two sexy starlets went from bland to beautiful in a year!

While I didn’t think these dresses were the worst from the 2009 Oscars, Miley Cyrus in Zuhair Murhad and Amanda Seyfried in her red Valentino were definitely two of the biggest let-downs from last year! That’s why I was so pleased to see these gals go for full-on glamour for the 2010 Oscars on March 7. Miley ditched her scallops for a chic Jenny Packham gown, while Amanda left her bows behind for a fabulous Armani Prive frock. While they both look lovely, who should take home the most improved title? Either way, it looks like these girls are growing up, and getting seriously style savvy as they go along!
