He fell during the last concert of his big tour!
Country music star Brad Paisley had a nasty fall March 6 during a concert in South Carolina and ended up going to the hospital at the Medical University of South Carolina! Fortunately, nothing was broken and Brad was discharged the same night. “I was running fast on stage [and] tripped,” Brad tweeted, along with the above photo of himself in the hospital. “Really did think I broke a rib or something.”
“They said I was a very brave boy,” he tweeted of the doctors who took care of him. “Out with a bang for the ASN tour. Literally.”
