Naomi Campbell is constantly on the attack — but why is it always her employees who on the receiving end of her fury?

Would you ever work for BlackBerry hurling, driver slapping model Naomi Campbell?  Considering her long history of anger management issues and a rap sheet full of physical assault charges against her employees, we hope most of you would say NO!

On Mar. 2, Naomi attacked her limo driver, Miodrag Mejdina, and then fled the scene. And it surely wasn’t the the first time she’s unleashed her anger on the help. In 2007, the supermodel plead guilty for assaulting her housekeeper. And in 2005 she allegedly slapped her assistant, Amanda Brack, and beat her with a Blackberry. What gives?

Expert Psychologist Dr. Jeff Gardere tells HollywoodLife.com, “The reason Naomi attacks her own workers is because she sees them as property. She feels as though she is above them and therefore they are [only] hired help, to her.”

The stories of Naomi’s anger issues go on and on … and on.  The super model also plead guilty to assault in 2000 for hitting her assistant Georgina Galanis with a phone.

Dr. David Eigen, author of Women The Goddesses of Wisdom, believes Naomi has a lot of deep rooted anger. “All of this comes from dark energy,” he says. “It’s the place where all of her repressed energies lie and act like a pressure cooker. Until she deals with these issues there will be repressed emotions.”

The supermodel tried to address her issues in the past.  She attended anger management classes in 2007 and, as part of her legal punishment, Naomi was sentenced to five days community service, where she mopped floors at the New York Sanitation Department.

Despite his client’s history of attacking her underlings, Naomi’s spokesperson Jeff Raymond doesn’t want anyone to jump to conclusions. “There shouldn’t be a rush to judgment. Naomi will co-operate voluntarily, and there is more to the story than meets the eye.”

But our experts say Naomi seek professional help — immediately! “For one, she needs to be diagnosed to see what are the deeper issues,” says Dr. Gardere. “She needs to go to therapy and anger management classes and attend it as a life long situation instead of going just for a few weeks. Of course if she has some real depression then some medication would be needed … but that’s an  individual choice.”
