Would YOU ever work with the man that broke your heart?
Has hell frozen over? Are pigs flying? Has the apocalypse arrived? If the reports are true, formerly feuding exes Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have decided to let bygones be bygones and will work on a movie together!
Justin, 29, and his former lady love Cameron, 37, are slated to co-star in the raunchy comedy Bad Teacher, THR reports. When Cameron’s gold-digging seventh-grade teacher is dumped by her boyfriend (hello, art imitating life much?) she goes after her wealthy co-worker. The Jake Kasdan-directed flick was made with Cammy in mind, but the lead male role was originally meant to go to either Bradley Cooper (another one-time Cameron paramour) or Jason Segel, who will now take on a supporting role as a gym teacher.
But is this even possible? The couple had a notoriously bad break-up. They dated for nearly four years before splitting in December 2006, and famously had an argument at the 2007 Golden Globes. The two seemed to have made peace, however. JT supported Cameron by attending her father’s funeral in 2008, and the two were seen laughing and joking at George Clooney’s Haiti fundraiser on Jan. 22.
