The shock jock holds nothing back when asked how he feels about new Idol host Ellen!

Rumors have been swirling about Howard Stern being a potential replacement for Simon Cowell when the engaged judge leaves American Idol this season. But if Howard does fill Simon’s seat, there’s one person you can expect not to find at the judge’s table: Ellen DeGeneres! “Ellen has said she won’t work with me, but quite frankly, after watching her on the stupid show, I gotta tell ya, I won’t work with Ellen,” Howard told The Insider on Feb. 25 at the New York premiere of Matt Damon‘s new movie Green Zone. “She’s out if I come in.”

Still, you probably shouldn’t hold your breath for Howard to hop on the Idol bandwagon. After all, he told The Insider he thinks the whole show is dumb! “I read in the paper that they want to give me $100 million to judge a karaoke contest,” he said of the rumored offers from FOX. “That seems like pretty good pay for something as dumb as that.”

Wow, what a sad little man he is. He just doesn’t know when to quit does he? It was obvious all along that his suggestion of working on idol was a publicity stunt to save his sinking ratings. Now when idol lets the world know they were never interested, he attempts to PRETEND that he’s still in control of the situation and states the terms of his fictional, future stay on idol. Anyone with a brain can see he would get nowhere with the insults he’s hurled towards the judges and the show. He needs to slither away now.
