Things down in Hotlanta are going to be more dramatic than ever before with the addition of a surprise new character!
NeNe Leakes, Kim Zolciak and the rest of the Real Housewives of Atlanta had better watch their backs! A new lady is stepping onto the scene next season, and you can bet she’ll be bringing all sorts of trouble. “We are getting another Housewife… and I don’t know her,” Lisa Wu-Hartwell told HollywoodLife.com exclusively, while promoting Women on the Move, a new network that serves as a support system highlighting the positive experiences of women and their many passions. “There have been names thrown around. They ask us, ‘How do you feel about this person?’ But no one concrete. It’s odd how they throw them in the mix.” And as for that pesky rumor about NeNe and Kim being booted from the show, Lisa says you can forget about it! “All the girls are coming back,” she insists.
And Lisa knows exactly how much you love watching her show, even more so than the other Housewives franchises. “I think that a lot of the other franchises turn it on because they have to compete with our ratings,” she says. “I think that it’s something they’re thinking about — our stuff just happens to be real! People ask me if I regret doing the show and I say no! … I’m glad that people are intrigued by us.”
Even though the Bravo cameras aren’t rolling right now, Lisa is definitely keeping herself busy. She says she has big plans to continue her acting career (look for her on TBS’ Meet the Browns) and she even wants to have a baby! She’ll also be hosting “Unveil Your Pink,” a fundraiser benefitting the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, at the Boca Resort & Club in Boca Raton, Fla. on March 20. “Unveil Your Pink” will be the first fundraising event from Women on the Move.
