The National Enquirer & Playgirl are among the groups being subpoenaed by Bristol in court!
Bristol Palin isn’t buying Levi Johnston‘s claims that he can’t afford to pay $1,688.42 a month in child support for baby Tripp, TMZ is reporting. Levi admits to earning about $101,000 in 2009, but claims that before that he never made more than $10,000 a year. So now Bristol is subpoenaing all the media outlets he’s spoken with in order to find out just how much he’s netted. Some of the targets in her line of fire are CNN, Playgirl, Star Magazine, the National Enquirer and Entertainment Tonight!
And things aren’t looking too good for Levi in this case. Apparently Sarah Palin‘s lawyer has gotten a hold of Levi’s pay stub from 2008, which reveals he made more than $18,000 that year from his construction company job alone!
