Is There Anything More Romantic Than a Lovely Cocktail With Your Sweetie on Valentine’s Day?

Forget chocolate and roses this Feb. 14 – nothing says ‘I love you’ better than a glass of champagne!

There’s a party in the USA this Valentine’s Day. Why? Specialty drinks have been invented around the country specifically for the purpose of romance a la our newlywed loved-up poster-children Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan, both 29. No, this does NOT mean that with a clink of the glass, you’ll get some ass. I’m talking a subtle martini, an intoxicating (figuratively, thanks) glass of bubbly, a confection with candy hearts and the subtle taste of Frangelico.

So read on, HollywoodLifers. I’ve searched far and wide to find these romantic recipes for you, and wish you good luck in getting some this Valentine’s Day.

OY! Get your minds out of the gutter, people! I was talking about engagement rings and declarations of love!

Here are just some of the delicious drink recipes (below) for the loveliest drinks around:

Burning Love (Only 93 calories!)
• Mix 1.5 oz of TY KU Sake, add cinnamon hearts. Smile.

Grey Goose Lovesicle
• Mix 1 ½ parts Grey Goose L’Orange, ½ part Licor 43, 1 party ruby red grapefruit juice and ¾ simple syrup. Love it.

Set Hot Passion Martini
• Mix 1.5 oz Belvedere vodka, passion fruit juice, a dash of hot pepper flakes, simple syrup and garnish with a strawberry. Sweet – and sexy.

My Future Valentine
• Mix 1 ½ oz Svedka vodka, ½ oz Svedka Raspberry, ¼ oz heavy cream and garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved chocolate. Fall in love with the guy across the room. Or the one you already know, whatever works.

Forget chocolate! I’m watching my weight and I had the Burning LOve at Tao, the waitress told me it’s only 80 calories! TY KU sake is now my drink of choice, I got to get me ready for summer ;)

Marla you are ABSOLUTEly right. Those drinks do sound divine in a girly kind of way, but show me the chocolate!
How about a MUDSLIDE for a romantic rendezvous in those Hollywood Hills?
Equal parts Vodka, Kahlua and Irish Cream :)

Those drinks sound quite divine; however, we all know that chocolate is the manna of lovers- so, how about a choco-tini or some other chocolate concoctions?
