Sandra says her taping for the Late Show with David Letterman was delayed because the show’s producer, Bill Henderson, was injured on set and had to be run to the hospital. But, when the actress DID finally show up, she was carrying a football signed by New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees!
Hmm … we think waiting around for Brees was the real reason this New Orleans and football loving actress was tardy to the party!

There were two reasons Sandra was late. Drew Brees was stuck in traffic and while they were waiting for him to show up, Dave started tossing footballs. When he threw one to Biff, Biff fell and they had to call the ambulance. But, Biff’s injury really didn’t cause a delay because they were still waiting for Brees to show up! Sandra even came out from backstage and caught a ball from Dave.
