So why have you designed yourself a modern, uncomfortable house, just like Brad Pitt built? Are you reacting to Brad who called your design taste “matronly?”

Aniston close to being a stalker?? Please tell me your inside connection to all of this personal information.
As far as the “comfortable couch” comment is concerned, that was Jennifer’s way of taking the HIGH ROAD. Everyone was coming at her with questions and hoping for dirt on either one of them but instead of bashing Brad Pitt, she came back with a simple, neutral, funny response.

From the looks of the blurry magazine photos you flashed through, it would appear that the exterior architecture of Jennifer’s new home is somewhat modern. It makes good design sense to relate the interior space to the exterior. Thus, your “copycat” argument comes off as somewhat juvenile or just downright silly. Architecture and interior design as site topics are appealing to me but perhaps not so much for the teen reader.

I agree with Bonnie. Supposedly, when Jen was married to Brad, she disliked his house so much she didn’t want to live there. Now, she has spent half her time since the break up making a copy of his house. Ye gads. That’s a little crazy, don’t ya think? Does this woman have ANY self awareness?

Really???? Regarding nothing being thrown or laying around, I know I clean my house before I have any company. So, wouldn’t you think she had her house completely cleaned and straightened before allowing someone to come in and take pictures to post in a magazine??? That comment just made you sound ridiculous.
Their houses had the same color scheme but guess what?? I have the same color scheme going… It’s called “Fad”. Have you ever watched “Cribs”??? A show about celebrity homes, they ALL have the same color scheme going. The furniture looked different, hers had more “cushions” then his.
I am not trying to sound rude but come on.. There are thousands of designers out there, and all there styles resemble each other. Again, it’s called Fad, not Brad…. Let’s move on now… The Brad & Jenn story is so over done.. It’s like last years style… It’s out :)

I see the resemblance between the two houses, but I don’t know if I’d call her a “copycat.” In my opinion, her home is definitely modern, but it appears to be more livable than his. Let’s not forget, people’s styles can change…my home is much more “eclectic” than it was a few years ago.

But uh, hey poster named, ‘rachel,’ you miss the point…aniston went out of her way to say they did NOT have the same taste after the divorce. Maybe you missed it. In some sad bid to reclaim her dignity – she even tried to get in a dig, saying ‘now I can have a comfortable couch,’ in a lame attempt to appropriate the smarter and much more witty Nicole Kidman’s ‘now I can wear heels,’ comment after HER divorce. It fell flat. Much like everything that Aniston does – face it, she’s pretty close to being a stalker.
